Below are profiles of the Sagis founding partners.

Albert Linderman

Albert Linderman, Ph.D.

A cultural anthropologist and CEO of Sagis Corporation. Since moving to Minnesota in 1978, Albert has led and grown enterprises in higher education, ministry, organization development, and international development. He has been a college professor, a business leadership consultant, and a leadership coach. Since 1995 he has collaborated with the international group of Sense-Making Methodology researchers (working in more than 30 countries) stemming from the work of Brenda Dervin of Ohio State University. Albert’s work with knowledge transfer and organization change draws from Sense-Making, a meta-theory and methodology of communication science research. For more than 25 years he has contributed in various capacities, to various causes, for Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.

Jeff Baker

Jeff Baker, M.B.A., M.A.T.S.

A business consultant and organization development specialist. His practice arises from 14 years living and serving in Ethiopia for an international NGO. Through the cultural diversity and ever changing organizational dynamics he honed his skills as an organization development consultant, administrative leader, business manager, and college instructor. Through this experience Jeff developed skills in knowledge management. He works with teams in enhancing group communication and values/mission clarification. Jeff also trained individuals to support US Homeland Security initiatives and he owned a building construction business.

Stephen Bosacker

Stephen C. Bosacker, M.S., M.Ed.

An organization development consultant, educator, and team facilitator. Steve pioneered a multi-disciplinary training program for international community development and led teams to serve impoverished communities in a number of countries. He has 20 years’ experience tailoring technical, program, systems and strategic solutions to improve team and organization performance and success. He is a consultant with a company that provides quality operational and consulting services to K-12 schools.
